It can also be used as multifunctional ingredient for skin care and cleansing products. Cosphaderm HAP is a cost-efficient, water-soluble multifunctional with strong antimicrobial activity, particularly effective against yeasts and moulds. It offers high pH stability in the range of 3 to 9 and does not affect the sensory or physical properties of the formulation. Thanks to its mild profile and its additional antioxidant properties, it is well-suited for a wide variety of formulations while maintaining effective preservation.

Cosphaderm® Sodium pAS natural is the sodium salt of plant-derived anisic acid. Due to its gentle and pleasant odour, Cosphaderm® Sodium pAS natural can be used as a masking agent to cover undesired odours from other ingredients. Another core property of sodium anisate is the strong antimicrobial efficacy against yeasts and moulds at pH values below 6.0. The big advantage of sodium anisate is its superior water-solubility, which makes this product even easier to incorporate into cosmetic formulations than anisic acid.

Cosphaderm Magnolia Extract 98 is pure powdered extract of the bark of Magnolia Officinalis with a minimal content of 98% magnolol and honokiol in a ration of approx 1 to1. It inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi pH independently. It has a very strong effect against caries and periodontitis, acts anti-inflammatory and is a highly effective anti-again agent and a strong antioxidant.
