β-carboxyethyl acrylate (β-CEA) is a mixture of reactive esters, each of which contain both acrylate and carboxylic acid functionality in the same molecule. Referring to the included structural formula, this mixture contains some unreacted acrylic acid (n=0), along with higher adducts of acrylic acid (n=1,2,3...). The dimer (n=1), i.e. β-CEA, is the largest single component, and the average molecular weight is equivalent to that of the dimer. β-CEA will polymerize when exposed to sources of free radicals. Because of its carboxylic acid functionality, β-CEA is useful as an adhesion promoter.

EBECRYL 8810 is a difunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate designed for UV and EB curable coatings, offering excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility, and non-yellowing properties. It is free from intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals, hydroquinone, and methyl ether of hydroquinone, making it suitable for applications requiring regulatory compliance.

DPHA (Acrylated dipentaerythritol) is a multifunctional reactive diluent that polymerizes when exposed to sources of free radicals. DPHA is particularly useful in ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB) curable coatings and inks where improved cure response, hardness and scratch/abrasion resistance are desired.
