HALOX® CW-291은 보호 코팅 시스템에 사용되는 흰색, 비굴절, 부식 억제 안료입니다. 침수 또는 반 침수 환경에서는 사용하지 않는 것이 좋습니다. HALOX® CW-291은 붕규산 제품 중 오일 흡수율이 가장 낮으며 알키드 기술을 기반으로 한 보호 코팅 시스템에 사용하는 것이 좋습니다. 오일 흡수율이 낮기 때문에 HALOX® CW-291은 고형분, 중간 광택 탑코트, DTM(Direct-to-Metal) 마감 및 자체 프라이밍 시스템에 사용하도록 특별히 제안됩니다. HALOX CW-291은 ASTM D 4288-83, 칼슘 붕규산 안료 유형 1, 클래스 B에 대한 사양을 준수합니다. HALOX®® CW-291 권장 로딩 수준은 프라이머 시스템의 총 포뮬러 중량을 기준으로 5-10%, 탑코트 및 DTM 마감재의 총 포뮬러 중량을 기준으로 2-5% 범위입니다. PVC 수준은 프라이머에서 40-45%, 탑코트 및 DTM에서 15-25% 범위여야 합니다.

HALOX® 580 is a sustainable, ultra-low VOC (<0.5%), bio-based liquid corrosion inhibitor designed for protection of water-based, solvent-based, high solids, 100% solids paints, direct-to-metal (DTM) coatings. It is suitable for thin-film coatings, 1K acrylic emulsions, 2K epoxies, water reducible alkyds, 2K polyurethanes, alkyds, urethane alkyds, etc. With 50% bio-content, HALOX® 580 provides a cost-effective, environmentally friendly solution for corrosion protection while maintaining formulation flexibility, as it can be post-added or incorporated during the letdown phase.

 

HALOX® 580 is a clean-label inhibitor, free from heavy metals, APEO, and HAPS, making it non-hazardous for shipping and transportation, ultimately reducing costs and regulatory concerns. Engineered for both waterborne and solvent-borne paints, HALOX® 580 enhances adhesion and water resistance, minimizing osmotic blistering while maintaining good shelf stability. Its organophosphate and bio-based solvent carrier provides a synergistic boost to traditional anticorrosive pigments, improving overall coating performance. Non-flammable and with minimal gloss impact, it is an ideal choice for high-solids primers, topcoats, and eco-label-compliant coatings across various resin systems, including acrylic, epoxy, urethane, and alkyds.

HALOX® SZP-395는 보호 코팅 시스템에 사용되는 흰색의 비굴절 부식 방지 안료입니다. HALOX® SZP-395는 가장 효율적이고 다재다능한 부식 방지 안료입니다. 다양한 수지 시스템에 사용하는 것이 좋으며 알키드(기존 및 고형분 모두), 에폭시, 라텍스, 감수성 알키드, 고산가 수지, 촉매 베이킹 시스템 및 염화비닐리덴 라텍스와 같은 수지에도 똑같이 효과적입니다. HALOX® SZP-395의 미세한 입자 크기와 낮은 오일 흡수율로 인해 박막 응용 분야에서 선택되는 안료입니다. 신청: 권장 하중 수준은 많은 수성 시스템의 총 포뮬러 중량을 기준으로 2-5% 범위입니다. 권장 로딩 수준은 기존 용제성 코팅의 총 포뮬러 중량을 기준으로 3-7% 범위입니다.

HALOX® ZINC POSPHATE는 보호 코팅 시스템에 사용되는 흰색의 비굴절 부식 방지 안료입니다. 일반적으로 인산아연-이수화물로 식별됩니다. HALOX® ZINC PHOSPHATE는 좁은 입자 크기 분포를 나타냅니다 : 10 미크론의 입자 크기 상한, 평균 입자 크기 5 미크론. 이 안료는 높은 수준의 다양성을 가지고 있습니다. 비닐, 염소화 고무 및 에폭시 유형과 같은 대부분의 고성능 수지 시스템에 대한 표준 부식 억제제입니다. 높은 산성 수지, 촉매 베이킹 시스템 및 염화 비닐리덴 라텍스에 권장됩니다. HALOX® ZINC POSPHATE는 박막 응용 분야(1mil 또는 25미크론)에도 권장됩니다. HALOX® ZINC PHOSPHATE는 ASTM D 6280-98 아연 인산염 안료 유형 I에 대한 사양을 준수합니다. 권장 로딩 수준은 총 포뮬러 중량을 기준으로 5-15% 범위입니다.
