BILASTINE

Bilastine is a white to off-white crystalline powder that is sparingly soluble in methylene chloride and practically insoluble in acetone. It has an assay range of 98.0% to 102.0%.

NovoNectin+C2:C95® GMP Grade

Fibronectin (rFN-CH296, NovoNectin) is involved in cell attachment, spreading, differentiation, and proliferation. It can greatly improve the infection efficiency of retroviruses on mammalian cells. VLA-4 and VLA-5 on the cell surface bind to the CS-1 site and the cell-binding domain on NovoNectin, respectively, and the retroviral vector binds to the heparin-binding domain, thus promoting the transfection efficiency of retroviruses and lentiviruses on cells. NovoNectin® can be mixed with anti-Human CD3 mAb for coating to enhance T cell amplification. Recombinant Human NovoNectin is expressed by E. coli, and is produced with raw materials of pharmaceutical applicable level. Recombinant Human Flt-3 Ligand

Flt-3 Ligand (FLT3L or FLT-3L) is a ligand of class III tyrosine kinase receptor (Flt3) that is mainly expressed on hematopoietic stem cells/progenitor cells. Flt-3 Ligand is related to early hematopoietic regulation. When used in combination with cytokines such as IL-3, IL-6, and SCF, Flt-3 Ligand can exhibit a strong proliferative effect on primitive hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells. In addition, Flt-3 Ligand enhances the expansion of GM-CSF, IL-4, and TNF-alpha-induced DC cells, and exerts anti-tumor effects by promoting the proliferation, differentiation, and maturation of DC cells, NK cells, and cytotoxic T cells (CTLs) in vivo. Fibroblast growth factor 9 (FGF-9) belongs to the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) family. Members of the FGF family have a broad range of mitogenic and cell survival activities and are involved in various biological processes, including embryonic development, cell growth, morphogenesis, tissue repair, tumor growth, and invasion. FGF-9 plays a crucial role in regulating embryonic development, cell proliferation, cell differentiation, and cell migration. Additionally, FGF-9 may be involved in the growth and differentiation of glial cells during development, glial proliferation during brain tissue repair and regeneration after injury, differentiation and survival of neuronal cells, and stimulation of the growth of gliomas. Recombinant Human FGF-9 is expressed by E.coli, and is produced with raw materials of pharmaceutical applicable level.
